In scrolling though past memories, it's still kind of surprises me how a few simple changes created such a physical change for me. But I have to confess - I HATE doing these comparisons or even TALKING about it, because health is not always about weight. I was always "charted" at Dr's office visits as "healthy". I ate clean, used only natural products, even exercised. My numbers were good, I had no chronic diseases. But, there was a nagging problem of how nothing really budged the scale much for me.
At the end of 2023, I had a plan, and at the beginning of 2024, i implemented it. Just to see how it would go.... And as I went through my old photo's of Christmas 2 years ago. I decided to compare a bit. I guess a lot has changed!

In 2024, I had a goal of 75 pounds to release. I released 50.
I had a 2025 goal of 25 pounds to release. I called it "25 in 25". I released 15. I didn't let it bother me that I didn't make it as I was/am still progressing forward. In fact, late last year I even started sharing tips with those that wanted to know what I did and how to make this a natural part of your life - it's called Transformational Eating. Because just making a few simple changes and tweaks really created a transformational, life time change for me! But when people asked what I did, they acted like they couldn't do it (Wrong!) **More on that later in this post.
I'm not upset or frustrated that I did not meet either of the previous two year goals, but now for 2026, I'd like to try to 10 more. We'll see how it goes!!
One thing I learned along the way is that we definitely plateau. As we release weight and sludge, we need a few accelerators to "move things along, push waste out of the way, clean up the shrunken fat cells, help with gut and digestive health. Why do a Lymphatic Cleanse?

But if you are already in a good solid healthy eating program that is producing results, start any of the other options. **And now, to revisit what I mentioned earlier - how people said they "couldn't do" what I do, it's not that you can't. The odds are stacked against you wherever you go, from stores to restaurants and events. I'm going to challenge you and say that you don't want to. It seems so hard, right?
