All those tiny, everyday exposures that don't seem like much until you realize they're adding up. It felt overwhelming. Honestly, it felt a little frightening.

Then I found a community that had been thriving for years—but somehow I never knew it existed. And everything shifted. Here were real people with a real passion for how our bodies are designed to heal. Scientists and practitioners who backed up what they said with research. People who cared enough to walk alongside me and show me it was possible.

That was 2014. Since then, I've learned what works. I've tested it. I've lived it. And now I help people who are exactly where I was—hungry to learn, ready to make changes, but needing someone to show them that there's another way. Someone who believes in them.
