And honestly, I realized that a monthly conversation where we explore these things together would be so much better than me trying to answer everything one email at a time.
So here we are. I am launching Transformation Thursday — a monthly online wellness class designed specifically for people like you who want to transform their health naturally but feel a little lost about where to begin or what to do next.
What Is Transformation Thursday?
Transformation Thursday is a 30 to 45 minute interactive wellness class held live via Zoom on the third Thursday of each month at 7 pm Central Time. Each month we explore a new topic that matters to your health and wellness journey.
Here is what makes this different from other wellness content you might find online. This is a real conversation, not a lecture. I am teaching real information based on what I have learned and what I see working in people's lives. And you get to ask questions, share what you are experiencing, and connect with others who are on the same path.
Some months we might dive deep into how to read food labels so you know exactly what you are eating. Another month we might explore natural solutions for better sleep. We might talk about seasonal wellness, how to set up your kitchen for success, or how to support your body through stress without reaching for sugar.
The topics come from real questions you send me. I listen to what you need, and I build the class around that.
How Does It Work?
Transformation Thursday happens on the third Thursday of each month. Our first class is July 16 at 7 pm Central Time. When you register, you will get the Zoom link and any materials you need to get the most out of the class.
The class is interactive, which means you can ask questions and share what is happening in your life. But here is the thing — you do not have to turn on your camera or microphone if you do not want to. You can show up, listen, take notes, and just be part of the conversation without being on video. I get it. Life is busy. You might be in your pajamas. You might have kids in the background. None of that matters. You are welcome exactly as you are.
If you cannot make it live, that is okay too. Every class is recorded and sent to everyone who registers. You can watch it whenever it works for you — the next day, the next week, or whenever you have time. All the replays live in my new education hub, so you can go back and rewatch anytime you need a refresher.
