To those on my email list - sorry for the 2nd email of the day, but, lots to share!  It's time for the NEWEST health challenge - Eat the Rainbow!

It's no secret - most of us have a pretty monochromatic plate!  I once bought a juicer because I just was NOT eating enough veggies - didn't feel I had the time or desire to eat as much as I was supposed to.  And I only ate two meals a day.

I still own my juicer, but I was challenged to jut try and eat all of that stuff instead.  I actually started eating MORE, and now eat 3 meals and some snacks daily.  But, the snacks are mainly product.  Once I made this switch, I put the juicer away for a while!

I just had to start - to start adding in fruits and veggies at literally every meal. And now, I'm kind of obsessed!  Who knew that I would actually like the taste of an apple so much that I preferred it as desert???

You just have to start.  Buy the fruits and veggies. Wash them.  Store them in a prominent place in your fridge, and commit to eating them.  I'll share what I do over the next 7 days, and how it benefited me so very much!  Plus you will have a little research to back things up (if you like that stuff!)

Meet Gayle

Hello!

I used to feel completely lost when it came to natural wellness. How do you even find alternative therapies? How do you know what's actually safe? How do you use something the right way when nobody taught you? And how do you stand firm in your choices when everyone around you reaches for a prescription the second something goes wrong?

On top of that, I had no idea how deeply my environment was affecting my family. The products sitting under my sink. The air we were breathing. All those tiny, everyday exposures that don't seem like much until you realize they're adding up. It felt overwhelming. Honestly, it felt a little frightening.

Then I found a community that had been thriving for years—but somehow I never knew it existed. And everything shifted. Here were real people with a real passion for how our bodies are designed to heal. Scientists and practitioners who backed up what they said with research. People who cared enough to walk alongside me and show me it was possible.

That was 2014. Since then, I've learned what works. I've tested it. I've lived it. And now I help people who are exactly where I was—hungry to learn, ready to make changes, but needing someone to show them that there's another way. Someone who believes in them.

If that's you, I'd love to walk beside you too. Reach out and let's talk about where you want to start.
