Healthy Gut, Healthy Gut Challenge, Digestion, Natural ways to heal the gut

Hey friend!

Can I call you friend?  Some of my readers are new, from that Crazy Garage Stoplight Sensor reel 😝 , and if that's you, thanks for stopping by to read this!  I'm really not a spokesperson for Armorall lol, but rather, I help people in wellness.  If you like that, stick around!  If not, just kindly unsubscribe.   Let's read on:

Your gut is often referred to as your "second brain", and if it's a bit "off", it will possibly present as  shown above in the picture.  And that will make your whole self feel slightly "unwell".  We just don't think about it unless our digestion is slow, or too fast, or we feel tired and icky all day.

Let's fix that in my newest health challenge:  Healthy Gut!  Get you gut  ready for the holiday season, then save the info and do it again AFTER!  This challenge is chock full of helpful hints!  Thanks as always for reading.  Have a great week!

PS:  I'll be launching another challenge in just a few days on Gratitude!  It's a 7 day challenge - just in time for Thanksgiving.   These can be done concurrently.  Be watching your emails!
Like getting all of these ideas?  Don't miss a single post!  Be sure to join my e-mail list today, and let me know others ways I can serve you :)

Are you searching for safer ways, but not sure how to start?

Hello!

I used to struggle with how to figure out what natural wellness and alternative therapies even were. How do you find them? How do you know what’s safe? How do you use them the right way? And how do you defend your choices in a world that’s so quick to grab a pill for everything?

I also didn’t understand the full extent of how my environment affects my family and me. The products in my home. The air we breathe. The little “everyday” exposures that add up over time. It was overwhelming. And honestly, a little frightening.

Then I discovered a community that had been there for years, but I never knew even existed. And it changed everything. People with a shared passion for nature’s original wellness plan. A place filled with professionals. Backed by science. Full of help, care, and real-life experience.

Now I help people who were just where I was in 2014. People who are yearning to learn more. And who want to feel confident that there are other ways to support health and wellness.

If that’s you, get in touch—I’d love to help!
