Did you know.....

Most OTC supplements have either not enough or TOO much of what the label declares.  Because they are not regulated by the FDA (as in approved), they are not subject to regular testing. They ARE randomly tested and CAN be called to scrutiny at any time, but unlike food and drugs, there are no standard regulations other than the company "can't lie" and the supplements had better not hurt you. I mean there are LEGAL requirements after all 🤪.

If it was possible to reduce those potential hazards, would you want to know how?

Can I let you in on a little secret??

Did you know that there is a huge difference between high quality supplements and regular store-bought supplements? The high quality versions have an 80% absorption rate compared to conventional supplements, which only have a 30% absorption rate! That is a whopping 50% increase!

OTC Supplements sold in stores like Target, Walgreens, Walmart etc fall in that "conventional supplement" category.  That means that there is a good chance you are wasting your money.  And, they may possibly have ingredients unfamiliar to you.
